South Africa is reeling from Stage Six rolling blackouts at the moment. The President told the media that he will be meeting with Eskom to discuss the way forward.
The blackouts are caused by breakdowns at power stations, strikes and cable thefts. A cable thief was skinned off while trying to steal cables.
The man was rescued by paramedics while trying to climb down from a sub station where he was found with his clothes burnt and skin peeled off.
