Havoc in Polokwane CBD as Car Falls From Parkade Centre

There was havoc in the Polokwane Central Business District after a car fell from the first floor of a parkade centre.

The incident happened at a Shoprite hyper market today. Details as to what caused the car to move have not yet been established.
