ENCA NEWS reported that the battle for the AmaZulu throne continues as senior members of the Royal family oppose Prince Misuzulu KaZwelithini.
They insist that they don’t recognise him as their leader. They held meetings ahead of the King’s ceremonies that are scheduled for the weekend.
The siblings of late King Goodwill Zwelithini and some of his sons were part of the briefing denouncing King Misuzulu.
Prince Mbonisi, Prince Vulindlela and Prince Mathuba told the nation that they are being suphocated and prevented from running the Royal affairs.
They accused the Traditional Prime Minister Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi of not giving them space and not allowing them to deal with family matters when it comes to the issues of succession.
Prince Mbonisi Zulu told King Misuzulu KaZwelithini to stop calling himself a King because the issue of succession is not yet done with.
Prince Misuzulu KaZwelithini was appointed King by her late mother Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu who was the Zulu regent at the time of her passing.
