Sunday World reports that fighting has broken out between the late MSHOZA’s husband Jacob Mnisi and her sister Thandie Maswanganyi over access to see the children.
Thandie told the newspaper that MSHOZA’s family has not seen the children since Mnisi took the children in 2020.
She said Mnisi sent his mother and brother to take the kids from her house in Brakpan a month after MSHOZA’s funeral because she was unemployed.
Thandie said after taking the children (Aged 11 and 13), the mother also wanted to take MSHOZA’s furniture from her house and she stopped her.
Thandie said Mnisi took the kids to Metropolitan boarding school in Witbank and agreed that they would visit during the June and December school holidays.
However, Mnisi did not keep his word and took the children to one of his farms to live with his son from a previous marriage.
She says the son is refusing to sent them the location of the farm and is not taking their calls. The children do not have phones and she can not reach them.
Mnisi told the Sunday World newspaper that he is not sending the children to Thandie because she called the at school and told them bad things about him.
