Former Spy boss Arthur Fraser filed a case against President Cyril Ramaphosa at Rosebank Police station on allegations of money laundering and defeating the ends of justice.

Fraser has accused Namibian President Hage Geingob and Ramaphosa of a high-level cover-up in concealing the theft, which is believed to have been committed by a gang of Namibians living in South Africa.

A sum of about 4 million dollars was stolen from the President’s Phala Phala Farm. The money was stashed in property at one of the farm houses.

Geingob denied any involvement in the matter while Ramaphosa denied stealing tax payers’ money saying the millions are proceeds from selling animals.
