American musician Justin Bieber has spoken out about his health after cancelling three gigs on his world tour.
He announced in a video on Instagram that he has been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Sydrome which has left him with partial facial paralysis.
In an Instagram video the musician showed his fans his face that is already partially paralysed on the left.
He explained that his eye is not blinking and he can’t smile with the side of his face and his nostril does not move.

He further explained that the virus was attacking the nerve in his ear and that and his facial nerves resulting in the paralysis.
He pleaded with his fans not to be frustrated but to be patient with him as he was not physically capable to do live shows.
