The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is on going at the Pretoria High Court. On Tuesday the court heard that no blood was found on the murder scene.
Senzo Meyiwa was gunned down in October 2014 at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus.
Five men have been appearing in Court for robbery and murder of the soccer star.
State witness Sergeant Thabo Mosia told the court that when he arrived on the scene of the crime to carry out his forensic evidence, Meyiwa had already been taken to a hospital.
Mosia said there was no blood in the kitchen where Meyiwa was allegedly shot dead. However advocate Zandile Mshololo showed Mosia pictures of blood stains from the living room.
Mshololo then accused Mosia of lying about the processing of exhibits from the murder scene and tempering with evidence.
