On the latest episode of his reality show media personality Somizi Mhlongo addressed how it felt when Unathi Nkayi cancelled their friendship.
Unathi Nkayi cancelled Somizi in October 2021 when she posted that she would not allow people to listen to R. Kelly’s music because he was convicted of s_exual abuse.
She was then accused of having double standards since she was friends with DJ Fresh and Dj Euphonik aswell as Somizi who were accused of the same being abusive.
Unathi replied on her Instagram page saying she was not friends with Somizi. Somizi told his friend Vusi Nova that he will not speak to Unathi ever again.

Somizi and Unathi were very close when they used to work together as judges on Idols SA.
