The Great Wife is wedded to the Mornachy and is responsible for bearing the Mornachy’s successor. Mantfombi descended from the Swazi Royal family.

Mantfombi was the sister of the Eswathini ruler, King Mswati III. She was the daughter of King Sobhuza.

Following the passing of King Goodwill Zwelithini, Queen Mantfombi Dlamini became the ruler/ regent of the Zulu nation.

The Queen appointed her son Prince Misuzulu KaZwelithini as the ruler of the Kingdom before she passed on.
