The salary of the newly recognized King Misizulu KaZwelithini has been revealed.
King Misizulu ‘s salary is reported to be R1, 2 Million per annum.
The Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs wrote a letter ordering the KZN government to provide King Misizulu with his salary and benefits after his recognition was gazzetted last week.
The KZN government had suspended the royal house ‘s budget of R66 million per annum after Prince Simakade Zulu challenged King Misizulu’ s asendancy to the throne in court.
