ENCA NEWS reported that, in a desperate move to prove his innocence, the allaged mastermind in Tshegofatso Pule’s murder returns to Court.
Ntuthuko Shoba, is expected to return to the High Court in Johannesburg today to apply for the reopening of the case.
It is understood his intention is to present CCTV footage for the judge to reconsider before making his judgement.
ENCA NEWS reporter Silindelo Masikane who was at the court said the new evidence is CCTV footage of the day Pule was allegedly picked up by her alleged killer, Muzikayise Malepane from Shoba’s complex in Florida.
