South African actress Mmabatho Montsho made a name for herself in the entertainment industry by featuring on several television shows.

She had shown her love of being behind the television screens thus she moved to New York to expand her career.

Mmabatho was nominated for Best Film for a change at Paris International Film Festival. The award show took place this February for ten days.

She told her followers that her short Feature Film won the award at the ceremony that is held once every year in France.

She played Lerato in Jacob’s Cross and, Thembi on Rhythm City, she also featured in Generations and Mr Bones.

She studied her directing course in Los Angeles in the United States of America.
