Thembisile Hani Munipality is seeking the owners of millions of unclaimed deposits.

The Municipality is sitting with a huge amount in unknown deposits as far as 2011/2012.

The credit deposits did not have reference numbers and it became difficult to identify the depositers.

Therefore the Municipality is appealing to all stakeholders to provide proof of payments to claim or provide information regarding those deposits.

The due date is 28 February and failure to do so the Municipality will recognise the deposits as revenues.
