Durban’s Liberty Liquors in Queen Street, Burnt to Ashes

Liberty Liquors in Queen Street in Durban Central was recently burnt down to ashes. KwaZuluNatal has become the epicentre of crime in South Africa.

Liberty Liquors is one of the most progressive liquor retailers in KwaZuluNatal. They have two stores in Durban and one in Pietermaritzburg.

Last year scores of protesters marched in KwaZuluNatal protesting against the arrest of former President Jacob Zuma.

They left a trail of destruction as shopping malls were looted, burnt down, haulage trucks ferrying luxury cars were also not spared.
