Durban millionaire, Viven Naicker (37), has bought himself a R2 million Ferrari after doctors told him he has less than 3 months to live.

Writing on Facebook, Naicker said:

Doctors : There is nothing we can do, go home and make yourself comfortable and get palliative care:

Viv Thinking : palliative care? Buy that Ferrari and live your best life.

Naicker is an entrepreneur who owns companies in the retail, financial and medical sectors.

The Sunday Times Newspaper reported that Naicker was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2015. His wife left him and he spent the whole of 2017 in hospital.

He has had over 40 surgeries. His right leg was amputated in October 2021 and his left leg is paralyzed. The Ferrari has been modified so that he can control it with his hands.

Three months ago, the cancer returned and his doctors told him there was nothing they could do for him.

Naicker has written a book titled unstoppable about his will to live.
