eNCA news reported that Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has defended his handling of former president Jacob Zuma at the State Capture Inquiry.

The Constitutional Court found that he was too lenient on the former head of state.

However Zondo accepted the Court’s criticism but said if the commission was found to have treated Zuma unfairly, it would have tainted the entire process.

Zondo said he is happy that the court did not say he treated Jacob Zuma unfairly therefore he can live with the criticism.
