Sunday World reports that popular DJ and entrepreneur, DJ Sbu (Sbusiso Leope) and his baby mama, Disebo Makatsa, are being sued after failing to pay a R400 000 overdraft which they took together from FNB.
The overdraft was taken for their company, Blaque Gemini in 2014.
Disebo and DJ Sbu broke up in 2015 after he accused her of cheating on him with playboy businessman, Edwin Sodi.
DJ sbu told the newspaper that FNB should not have included Disebo in the court papers as she resigned from Blaque Gemini and the overdraft has nothing to do with her.
