Rasta is well known for painting portraits of the deceased. However he has a bad reputation as most of his paintings are deemed ugly and opposite to what they stand for.
Actress Zenande Mfenyane also told people not to allow Rasta to paint her when she is deceased. Rasta has done paintings of late Nelson Mandela, F.W De Klerk, Robert Mugabe, Shona Ferguson and more.
Rasta recently made an appearance on the Chicken Licken advert where he is drawing inaccurate drawings of people and it was funny such that people liked it this time around.
After receiving so much positivity on the advert, Rasta now wants to venture into acting. He told TimesLive that he would love to act.
“Growing up I always enjoyed theatre at the school I attended. I enjoy theatre and music and anything that calls on my artistic side, so I might find myself acting one day”, he said.
