According to City Press actress Ntando Duma is being sued for copyright infringement after she used the photos from one brand for a campaign by another brand which is a violation of her agreement with the other company.
The report states that celebrity photography agency Pixel Collective is suing the actress for R200 000.
Apparently she used the pictures taken by the agency to promote a campaign on her social media for a snack company called Zimba.
The former The Queen actress is a Zimba brand ambassador thus she shared pictures of herself with the snacks to promote the brand.
