Musical group Dalom Kids revealed that they will be releasing a new album soon this month. The group’s last album was released in 2011 and it was titled Revenge.
The upcoming album contains eleven songs and it is titled Forgiveness. A dedication song titled We Celebrate You is part of the eleven songs and its dedicated to Dan Tshanda who died in January 2019.
The late iconic musician was the founder of the group. Group leader Jabulile Sambane said they took long to release another album because some group members passed away while some left.
Sambane said Petronella Rampou died in 2001 whereas Sthembile Zungu resigned from the group the same year. Jacqueline Rotwane left the group in 2012.
She added that Dalom Kids is a brand thus when group members leave they are replaced. Jabulile Sambane mentioned that the group is still the same with traditional disco splash music.
However they added a few dance beats to cater for the new generation. The group leader concluded by promising a hit album which will take music fanatics down memory lane.
