Duduzane Zuma has been looking for a political position in the African National Congress. He made it clear that his wish is to lead South Africa. He was recently elected Branch chairman for Newlands, East of Durban in KwaZuluNatal.
His win came at a crucial time when the ANC is expected to go to the explosive elective conference in 2022.
His election as chairman of the branch will allow him to be a delegate of the ANC in any conference that is expected from now.
As a branch chairman Duduzane Zuma can stand to be the candidate for presidency of the ANC. Duduzane Zuma will get the majority in KwaZuluNatal where his father former President Jacob Zuma has a lot of support.
However Duduzane Zuma does not stand a chance of winning against President Cyril Ramaphosa who has been winning and gaining support in all the other Provinces.
