Mampintsha whose real name is Mandla Maphumulo is allegedly playing cat and mouse with KwaZuluNatal based businessman Melusi Linda.
The businessman revealed that Mampintsha failed to pitch up for a performance at Linda’s Lounge in KwaNdengezi, Durban. The performance was scheduled to take place on the 4th of December.
According to the Daily Sun, the businessman revealed that Mampintsha was booked as the main artist at the event which was called The Gqom Experience with Mampintsha.
Mampintsha was also supposed to promote the event on his social media platforms. Melusi revealed that the singer asked to be paid in advance and R15 000 was deposited into his FNB account.
Suspicion Rose after Mampintsha failed to promote the event as agreed. Melusi told the publication that on the day of the event Mampintsha was no longer picking up his phone.
The businessman now wants his money back but Mampintsha was now dodging him. Melusi Linda revealed that the musician only answers calls when he uses somebody else’s phone.
