Unathi Nkayi was fired from Kaya FM after she falsely accused her colleague Sizwe Dhlomo of abusing her and being a toxic workmate. She also wanted the television presenter fired from his job.
In a video the Idols SA Judge Unathi Nkayi revealed that she has been silenced by Kaya not to speak publicly regarding the matter because of an agreement they signed.
She said she was told that she can not use her platform to share her version of the events. Unathi said Gender Based violence should not be linked to the matter.
She mentioned that she never at any time said that Sizwe Dhlomo committed any act of Gender Based violence against her. Unathi said Sizwe and Kaya were aware of this.
Unathi went on to say both Sizwe and her have filed allegations against each other some of which are founded and some found not to be from both of them.
Nkayi said she has handed the matter against Kaya to her attorneys to handle legally. She concluded by saying she is not friends with Sizwe.
Unathi Nkayi revealed that their friendship ended when Sizwe Dhlomo commented on air that her marriage failed because of the way she is raising her children.
