Now there are strong suspicions that Ndlovu may have murdered her own 13 years old son who came to visit her for the last time in Johannesburg in 2008.
The state is now preparing to exhume the body of the 13 year old to ascertain the cause of his passing.
Khoza who lived with his grandparents in Bushbuckridge visited his mother in Johannesburg during the school holidays in 2008. He never made it back home to his grandparents.
An advocate at the National Prosecuting Authority, Johannesburg Central Office Rihanna Williams who was involved in the prosecution of Ndlovu said that they think Ndlovu might have poisoned her own son.
Khoza’s inquest docket was opened at the Tembisa police station where Ndlovu worked. However the docket went missing and was never found.
