Reality television star and social media influencer Lasizwe Dambuza has opened up about his mental health issues before and the importance of one taking care of their mental and emotional well being.
In a post Lasizwe Dambuza left his legion of fans worried and concerned after revealing that he recently checked himself into a mental health facility.
Lasizwe shared a video showing the room in which he is being admitted to. His luggage could be seen in the room aswell.
As a result of not feeling so well in the last couple of months, Lasizwe decided to take this break so he focuses on his mental health. Below is what he posted on his Instagram page.
Celebrities including his sister Khanyi Mbau, Thando Thabethe, Boity Thulo, Ayanda Thabethe, Nandi Madida, Simphiwe Ngema, Zozibini Tunzi and many more all sent their well wishes to Lasizwe Dambuza.
