Murder accused Flavio Hlabangwane is expected to appear before the Protea Glen Magistrate’s Court today, the 22nd of November 2021.
Flavio Hlabangwane was arrested after body parts were found in a fridge at his Soweto home. He stands accused of murdering his girlfriend.
Body parts which includes legs and arms were discovered in a fridge by Hlabangwane’s girlfriend during a visit to Protea Glen where Flavio was renting a place to stay.
Flavio appeared in Court about a week ago but the matter had to be postponed in order for him to find legal representation. When he got arrested he tried to commit suicide by stabbing himself.
It is believed that the victim Tsepang Pitse was not only his girlfriend but was also his cousin. Sources revealed that the deceased and Flavio Hlabangwane were in an abusive relationship.
