Idols SA Judge Unathi Nkayi Fired From KAYA 959

Radio KAYA 959 has fired Idols SA judge Unathi Nkayi. They released a statement saying Unathi Nkayi’s contract has been terminated with immediate effect.

The statement stated that Ms Nkayi’s contract ended prematurely due to certain conduct that rendered the relationship intolerable going forward.

KAYA FM confirmed that certain incidents occurred which resulted in the breakdown of the trust relationship between the two parties.

It was stated in the statement that due process was followed and the decision was therefore made to part ways with Ms Nkayi.

Unathi Nkayi hosted the Midday Joy Show, weekdays from 12 to 3pm. A replacement host will be announced in due course.
