Just about five months ago former Bafana Bafana and Kaizer Chiefs Captain Itumeleng khune announced that he and his wife Sphelele had welcomed a second baby together.
Itumeleng took his fans by surprise recently after he took to his social media platforms to post a picture of his wife looking pregnant. Fans were left convinced that the couple is expecting another baby.

Another couple that sparked pregnancy rumours is Dr Musa Mthombeni and his wife Liesl Laurie. However the former Miss South Africa quickly dismissed the rumours.
