Four children of a Limpopo businessman, Nazim Moti, were yesterday kidnapped at gunpoint by seven gunmen and have not been seen since.

The cellphones of the four children were later found by police dumped at Flora Park.

The four children: Zia (15), Alaan (13), Zayyad (11), & Zidan (6) were abducted on their way to a private school, Curro Heuwelkruin, in Polkwane, at around 7am. (Grandkids of late Siki Khamisa).

A 64 year old driver was driving with the  children along the R37 road near the N1 bypass when he was suddenly blocked by two vehicles, a white Kia Sorento and black Mercedes Benz.


A total of seven ooccupants from the two vehicles, dressed in white overalls alighted and started firing shots randomly before forcing the children into the Mercedes Benz.

The mother of the children,  Shakira Moti , asked was among a group of parents that prayed for the safe return of the children in front of the curro school yesterday.
