South Africa’s youngest millionaire Sandile Shezi (30) was yesterday granted R5000 bail after he handed himself over to Sandton police in the presence of his lawyers on Wednesday.

Shezi will appear in court again on 24 November.

He was charged for allegedly defrauding his business partner and shareholders in his business, Global Forex Institute out of R500 000.

Shezi is also facing charges of trading on behalf of his customers and defrauding them in the process.

Sowetan Newspaper reports that Shezi is a director at 28 companies in Gauteng and KZN.

The companies are in the forex, Bitcoin, funeral palour, construction,  textiles and entertainment.

Shezi became a multi millionaire at 23.

He has reportedly resigned from Global trading Institute (GTI), the company from which the current charges arise.
