Nompumelelo Vilakazi was born on 20 October 1997 in Winteron, KwaZuluNatal. She graduated from the University of KwaZuluNatal before she ventured into acting.
She landed her first ever acting gig on Mzansi Magic telenovela DiepCity where she portrays the role of Snenhlanhla.
The actress has proven herself as a talented actress in the entertainment industry. She acts alongside veterans Dawn Thandeka King, Mduduzi Mabaso and Nozuko Ncayiyane.
Her acting skills recently won her Best New Comer Award at the Royalty Soapie Awards. The 23 year old actress was bullied and body shamed at school.
