Max Lichaba is suing his step son Lwandle Ndaba for R500 000. This comes after Lwandle released a song titled “My stepfather is a Devil”.

In the song Lwandle alleged that Max Lichaba physically, emotionally and financially abused actress Sophie Ndaba. Lwandle also accused Max of cheating on the former Generations actress.

The song was released on social media for public consumption and Max is saying the lyrics of the song are defamatory. He denied ever putting his hands on Sophie.

Lwandle said Max was using Sophie Ndaba’s fame and money to push his Shisanyama business, KwaLichaba.

Lwandle’s lawyer is said to have confirmed to City Press that they have summons. In the song Lwandle revealed that he was happy that a man like Max is not his father.
