Iconic actress Connie Ferguson is back at work following her more than 1 month break. Connie has been off television screens ever since the passing of her husband Shona Ferguson.
Shona Ferguson passed away on the 31st of July 2021from Covid-19 related complications. His death left Mzansi shocked and devastated, the death was so much for Connie who was married to Shona for two decades.
Connie and Shona Ferguson founded Ferguson Films. They produced shows such as The Queen, The Herd, The Imposter, Igazi, Kings of Joburg among others.
The veteran actress is back to carry on with her late husband’s legacy. There is a video of Connie Ferguson having a moment with the production crew and cast members of the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Queen.
Everyone was so happy to see her back including actor SK Khoza who plays Shaka Khoza on the show.
Themba Ndaba was also happy to have Connie back on set, he is well known as Brutus Khoza on The Queen.
