It has been reported that musician Arthur Mafokate impregnated his own daughter. Mafokate unknowingly impregnated his daughter about 4 years ago.
Mafokate apologised for taking advantage of a girl whom he regarded as a learner at his school.
The 58 year old retired musician revealed that he only got to know that the girl was his daughter when a DNA was conducted on their new born baby.
He said he was sorry for taking advantage of a 16 year old who believed everything that he said. Mafokate said he regrets not searching for his daughter even though he knew she stayed not so far from him.
Mafokate stays in Sandton and his daughter also stayed in Sandton with her mother and step father.
He said he denied impregnating the girl as he feared for his reputation. The daughter confirmed that she wasn’t aware that Mafokate was her biological father when they were seeing each other.
