Ngizwe Mchunu Released on R2000 Bail, Reunites With His 3 Wives

Former Ukhozi FM host Ngizwe Mchunu was granted R2000 bail by the Randburg’s Court, North of Johannesburg. He will be going home to reunite with his 3 wives.

Mchunu was arrested on allegations that he instigated violence that took place in KwaZuluNatal and Gauteng Provinces in the past weeks.

On Monday last week Mchunu handed himself over to the police after a warrant for his arrest had been issued for allegedly instigating violence which led to unrest in KwaZuluNatal and Gauteng.

The former radio Dj is facing charges of inciting public violence and contravening the Disaster Management Act.

Mchunu said the state had no evidence to prove that he instigated the unrest that took place after Zuma was arrested.
