Sbahle Mpisane Takes A Walk To The Ocean After Removing External Fixation.

Sbahle Mpisane has managed to take a walk to the sea after external Fixation was removed.

She said in 2019 she was prepared to take a few steps into the ocean.

However, she started by warming up into the pool at the beginning of 2020.

Sbahle said due to covid restrictions, she hasn’t swam since but after her birthday this year, she decided to refresh.

She said these small waves have more power than they look and it was a refreshing moment and the memory will last forever.
