About 19 trucks were burnt down at Mooi River plaza in KwaZuluNatal while 6 trucks were gutted down on the N3.

Zuma’s supporters want the former president freed from prison. Roads leading to and from KwaZuluNatal Province are closed because of these protests.

The protest will likely have a negative impact on the economy as some of these trucks were transporting luxury cars and expensive goods.
