Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture Nathi Mthethwa and the SAFA president have congratulated Kaizer Chiefs bosses after they won against Waydad Casablanca of Morocco.
Nathi said the club made Mzansi proud by coming this far in the CAF Champions League competition considering the challenges they faced prior to this competition.
He went on to say they wished Amakhosi the best in their final against Al Ahly of Egypt and also hoped that Kaizer Chiefs will once again make Mzansi proud by bringing the CAF cup home.
He said nomatter the outcome he will always be proud of Kaizer Chiefs for making it this far in the CAF Champions League.
