Economic Freedom Fighters president Julius Malema told the media that the chaos in Nkandla, KwaZuluNatal should not be blamed on former President Jacob Zuma alone.

Malema also pointed blame at Judge Raymond Zondo who chairs the Commission for failing to recuse himself from chairing the Commission as per Zuma’s request.

He added that for the sake of progress Justice Raymond Zondo was supposed to recuse himself and let another judge deal with Zuma.

Malema said for the sake of peace and unity aswell as justice, Raymond Zondo was supposed to step aside and allow another person to run the justice process.

Hundreds of Zuma’s supporters including Amabutho marched to his residence Nkandla in KwaZuluNatal to show their solidarity. The police and Amabutho clashed earlier today at Nkandla.

Malema said South Africa was in turmoil because of the stubbornness of these two, Jacob Zuma and Raymond Zondo.
