The race for South Africa’s Tyler Perry has started and prizes are ready to crown the winner. Contestants are Shona Ferguson and Mandla N.
They are both talented men who can tell a good story. They have started building their film producing empires just like the American actor, screenwriter and producer, Tyler Perry.
Mandla N. recently announced through an interview with Daily Sun that he was in the process of building the biggest studio on the African continent.
On the other hand Shona Ferguson and his wife Connie Ferguson through their company Ferguson Films have given Mzansi hit soapie after hit soapie.
ZAlebs asked their fans who they thought deserved the title. Many said they would pick Mandla N. because his storylines are diverse and he hires different actors.
As for Shona Ferguson they said his storylines are always talking about crime and he uses the same actors. The stories are mainly drugs, crime and prostitutes. However some said Shonas’s stories are calm and less chaotic.
