Comedian Trevor Noah has spoken out about depression and being a workaholic. He also opened up about the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and how it affected his mental health.

Trevor Noah used daily routines and goals to help him deal with anxiety and depression. His routine changed because of the outbreak of Covid-19 last year.

He however said the pandemic forced him to slow down on work. Trevor said he worked non-stop for the past 10 years.

The comedian admitted to being a workaholic, he revealed that he missed a lot of things in his life such as weddings and events because of work.

Trevor Noah who is now based in the United States of America said people think that life is easier for celebrities. He said celebrities also face a lot of issues that affect their health and self esteem.
