New Zulu King, Misizulu KaZwelithini hospitalised

Sunday World reports that the new Zulu King Misizulu KaZwelithini was this week hospitalized at the eThekwini Hospital and Heart Center.

Sources told the newspaper that there was heavy security and police presence at the hospital when the king was admitted for a day or two.

The Zulu royal house spokesperson, Thulani Zulu, refused to comment when approached by the Sunday World, however, sources said King Misizulu was experiencing breathing problems.

The newspaper said King Misizulu has canceled a number of important royal public appearances without offering an explanation.
