Letlhogonolo Machaba hopes to be the first transgender Miss South Africa.

The 24-year-old contestant  said is she won the title she will use it to represent the queer community.

She said she will make people understand that they are also Human and deserve to live.

 

The fashion graduate and model said her journey hasn’t been easy but she had regained her self-confidence and was ready for the pegeant.

Letlhogonolo also revealed that she received her new ID on Thursday 17 June, enabling her to enter the pegeant.

Adding, she said she is grateful for the support she has received from people so far.
