Legendary actress and businesswoman Sophie Lichaba is venturing into Radio. The Daily Sun reported that Sophie joined Radio BOP. She will be hosting a lifestyle show on Saturdays.
The actress told the publication that she wanted a career in radio but there were no opportunities before. She said she is excited about her new adventure. The actress revealed that her show will uplift women.
The show will focus on health, beauty and business. Sophie promised that her show will be different from regular shows so that people will not get bored.
She added that she wanted the show to be interactive and fun therefore its format is different from other radio shows. People will gain a lot from her expertise and knowledge as they communicate.
Sophie Lichaba also promised to continue with radio even if this opportunity comes to end. Besides being an actress she is a producer. She is part of the production crew that produced Family Secrets for SABC 1.
The actress is well-known for playing the role of Queen Moroka on Generations for more than two decades.
