Mamelodi Sundowns is suing Al Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane and his wife Moira. The football club is demanding that Mosimane’s wife must pay them back atleast R8 million in agent’s Commission.
Pitso Mosimane’s wife is his agent and she was responsible for signing the deal between Pitso and Sundowns.
According to Sunday World the R8 million that Sundowns is suing Pitso’s wife for is linked to Pitso’s R1.5 million monthly salary which he was paid in his contract which was prematurely terminated.
It is reported that Sundowns have already filed papers with Johannesburg High Court in which their lawyers stated that Sundowns had signed and agreed a four year contract with Mosimane starting 1 June 2020 until the 31st of May 2024.
They said the club paid R8.6 million to Moira Mosimane’s company which was a 10% Commission for securing Pitso Mosimane’s signature to the club.
They are accusing Pitso of prematurely terminating his contract and breaking the binding terms and conditions of the contract that he needed to abide by.
