Thuso joined Anele Mdoda on 947 to talk about her role on the drama series. She said winning an Oscar is something she would love but the most important thing is to make her producer happy and nail her character.

She told Anele that appearing on the series is a step in the right direction for her and this proves that there is room for growth in her acting career.

Mbedu revealed that growing up she wanted to study dermatology and that drama was just a place where she would just relax. However she ended up falling in love with drama and became an actress.
