Bottle Modiselle this week thanked minister Nathi Mthethwa after the minister celebrated the International Dance Day.
In his message, the minister mentioned Kamo Mphela, Uncle Vinny, Bontle Modiselle and Lolly Khoza.
The minister said ” Today is #InternationalDanceDay2021 which celebrates the art form of dance and it’s role in bringing people together.Hence,we celebrate or young and talented South African dancers like@Kamo_mphelaxx,@VinnyMalume,@BontleModiselle and @LollyKhoza who are making a great impact.🇿🇦
Bontle then went on to her Instagram and posted a picture with the caption“Thank you Minister Nathi Mthethwa for the acknowledgment for my community. I could respond by expressing my grievances, concerns and bottomless questions on when and how things will get better for All artists and not just dancers, but you not without those brought to your attention every single day and that energy is not the kind I want to address today.l can only hope that our cries are not in vain,but we shall soldier on regardless.l will give you thanks.Relebogile.”
