Media personality Bonang Matheba and her Being Bonang co-star Pinky Girl are featuring in a new Samsung advert. Twitter was abuzz with reviews on the advert.
Some said Bonang’s voice was magical and she should be doing more voice overs. There is a second camp that thinks the advert was hogwash and those saying it was great are Bonang’s fans.
Another tweep said they change channels whenever the advert starts. Others said Bonang and Pinky Girl are not lookalikes while others suggested that they should have used Minnie Dlamini and Boity Thulo.
The two cousins don’t seem to be in good books with each other. It has been noticed that the advert is the last time the two were seen together and that the two have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
On being Bonang the two were so close and fans are wondering what could have caused the rift.
