Shocking news surfaced on Sunday the 11th of April about rapper AKA’s fiancee Nelli Tembe. Nelli Tembe died after jumping from Pepperclub Hotel’s 10th floor in Cape Town.
The police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding her death. Anele “Nelli” Tembe was 22 years old. She was a South African national who got engaged to AKA in February 2021.
Her Instagram page is private but her fiance AKA aka Kiernan Forbes oftenly featured her on his public Instagram page. She was also a model for AKA’s clothing line Bhovamania.
Full details as to why she jumped off the hotel are still sketchy. Reports reveal that medical personnel arrived at the scene shortly after the incident took place. Sadly the 22 year old died at the scene of the incident.
The Tembe and Forbes families released a joint statement mourning the loss of AKA’s fiancee.
