Daily sun newspaper reports that popular EFF leader, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, is being accused of rape by a 23 year old woman.
However, Ndlozi said it was not him and it was a case of mistaken identity.
The woman told the newspaper that she met Ndlozi after she was invited to a party by a friend in Rivonia.
She said at around 1:30am, the party ended and some of the guys suggested that the party continues somewhere else.
At that time a male called Quinton arrived and they talked till around 3:30am. She went and sat on a bed in one of the rooms.
At some point she blacked out and woke up naked, and Quinton was on top of her.
After a while, Quinton was not there, and she was feeling pain in her groin.
When she asked the women in the house, they all pretended that they did not know Ndlozi.
Ndlozi ‘s middle name is Quinton.
Police did not respond to questions from the newspaper.
